Privacy and Data Practices

This website does not provide reader accounts, comments, advertising cookies, or a contact form. Contact is handled through the public email and professional links listed on the site.

Hosting and analytics

Vercel hosts this website, delivers it through its CDN, and records operational request logs for security and reliability. The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics to measure aggregate page views, referrers, approximate location, device type, operating system, and browser information.

On the production site, Vercel Speed Insights records anonymous Web Vitals together with the page route, network speed, browser, device type, operating system, and country. These measurements are not associated with an individual visitor or IP address and cannot be used to reconstruct a browsing session across pages.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies or store IP addresses, and its anonymous visitor hash is discarded after 24 hours. This site does not send custom analytics events or intentionally include personal information in analytics URLs.

Publication email

If you request publication email, the address is used only for primarily Thai updates about new articles, projects, Interactive Labs, and occasional professional or site announcements. Routine publication email is limited to no more than one routine email per week. Addresses are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.

Brevo is the email processor for subscriptions and campaign delivery. A request starts a double opt-in flow and grants no campaign permission until the confirmation link is used. Unconfirmed requests expire within seven days. Brevo keeps the address, confirmation evidence, delivery status, bounces, unsubscribe state, the consent version publication-v1, and the minimum data needed to prevent an accidental re-addition. Publication Subscription data is not stored in Payload or Supabase.

Brevo records aggregate, anonymous open and click metrics for email reporting. These events are not associated with individual contacts and are not used for individual profiling, segmentation, advertising, or automated targeting. Messages are sent asNissorn <updates@nissorn.com>, and replies go to the monitored public contact inbox rather than a no-reply address.

Every campaign has an immediate one-click unsubscribe link. After unsubscribe, Brevo retains a minimal Suppression Record so routine email stays stopped. Subscribing again requires another double opt-in confirmation.

Access, erasure, and backups

You may request access or erasure through the public email address on the About page. Erasure removes the provider record. The latest three monthly encrypted exports are kept separately for disaster recovery, then age out within approximately 90 days. Backup restoration must preserve every unsubscribe and Suppression Record before any delivery.

Site content storage

Supabase provides the database and public media storage used to publish site content. It does not receive Publication Subscription addresses. Other privacy questions may be sent to the public email address listed on the About page.
